Brits have handled this matter in a very dignified manner. They came out as a mighty hearts & winners.

You really feel BP is solely responsible for this disaster? & That US Admn. has no responsibility in it? Even after losing so much money they have won credibility & honour for their company & their country. Hats off to England.

World over Oil Lobby is very Powerful. He tightened the screws and turned on the heat. If our leaders would have turned on the heat on Union Carbide and DOW, they too would have cracked...instead we helped them escape in a Government of India plane :D Height of insensitivity towards its own citizens! (Although, pressure from India did get Australia and Canada to pull up their pants....)

So its Obamamama you should be admiring...Let me know if I am wrong?Wikihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11161119866067734752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4704148890264843595.post-35426576351709614662010-06-17T05:59:50.008-07:002010-06-17T05:59:50.008-07:00I am really humbled & overwhelmed. British Pet...I am really humbled & overwhelmed. British Petroleum agrees to $ 20 –billion fund for oil spill claims. Really great! It speaks well of rich British culture, norms & society.

It shows that British are men of honour. It shows that while growing up their parents teach them good morals & ethics. It shows that they do not forget those ethics & morals while doing business .It shows that they can stand up to their responsibilities. That they are sensitive to others pain, caused by them. & that they are mighty hearts who can compensate such a big amount if need arises, even at the risk of suffering losses. They have shown that they have a PM who is sensitive & civilized enough to say ‘sorry’ to the ‘Bloody Sunday’ victims..

It shows that there are still few people left who do business with a humanity left in them. That is a hope. Otherwise they are some people whom we have to call humans because they look like humans, whose parents do not teach them good morals & ethics while growing up. Hence they grow up as reckless, irresponsible, incompetent, & cowards, who ran away from its responsibilities & left victims to die because of their negligence as it happened in Bhopal Gas Tragedy.

Long live Britain. Really great.ambihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09709973254351931979noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4704148890264843595.post-45166095417978987182010-06-17T01:32:40.432-07:002010-06-17T01:32:40.432-07:00Sir, what do you think are the implications of rec...Sir, what do you think are the implications of recently confirmed mineral deposits in Afghanistan? Could this lead to a resurgent Taliban supported by a more lax Pakistan and PRC? Could PRC end up running mines in Afghanistan with US/NATO forces playing security guard?

What are the chances of these mineral riches truly becoming a tool for salvation of the Afghan people?king of cochinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06075563006656764793noreply@blogger.com
