It is based on a unique dynamic where the ruled is driven by the fear of the unknown and that class throws up a ruling class that is willing to pay any cost to feal secure. It is often the ruled that ends up paying this cost.
The ruling class doesnt have a Value addition mindset. This class may not be good enough to oppose India but they can in their search for the elusive security get the more capable extra-regional interests to interfere in the region. Prior to Soviet withdrawl it was the US that used to interfere on behalf of this ruling class. Today it is the Chinese.

The battlelines are as clear as they can be both in time and space. The observations made by you are merely the results of a process. A process the Pakistani ruling class cannot come to grips with and the Pakistani ruled class has no clue of for its own karmic reasons.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11229539037507461254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4704148890264843595.post-71722401924251617972010-09-18T12:17:52.031-07:002010-09-18T12:17:52.031-07:00Excellent reporting Raman, Sir. Foreign office is busy in what’s happening in Kashmir, Pak elite are more interested in knowing what happening in Palestine & Kosovo. President zardari is more busy in foreign trips. Finance ministry is busy in deciding how much to milk US UK & others, while not taxing its rich. While middle class is busy in burning USA, UK Indian flags, & no one to look after ordinary Pakistani people. Is this a country or a cruel joke? Or we are fools that we tolerate this country & its nauseating antics?ambihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09709973254351931979noreply@blogger.com
